What we believe.
Most CRE software is built by people who have never managed a property. The result is enterprise platforms priced for institutional portfolios and spreadsheets for everyone else. We’re building what we wish existed when we were chasing COIs at 11pm.
Who we are.
Composite was started by an asset manager running 20+ commercial properties across retail, multifamily, and mixed-use. The studio is small on purpose.
